When I played baseball in my teens, I was a huge fan of Barry Bonds and I noticed him choking up and it took some time to find out why because there was no internet yet but I started doing it and I saw a dramatic improvement. I was hitting line drives more. Basically when I hit the ball it was no longer luck of the draw. I had command of my swings and also where and what trajectory I wanted it to go. Definitely recommended.

Interesting watching these 2 . If you had Willie Mays and Hank Aaron next to each other - they usually were different than these 2 in the follow through with their back foot. Mays and Aaron could end the swing by not only having the back foot facing the pitcher; but having the back foot up in the air

I'm beginning to think especially about bat path in particular it might be a good idea to teach young players first the absolute NOS and then look at successful hitters and how they all have in common the absolute right way try some absolute NOS to drill into their minds that they don't work now when you know and feel the absolute YES find your way your catch and throw drill is a good one

hit my 2nd homer with this at 12 years old (little league). I was trying to change my batting stance to a wide one like Aaron Judge or Shohei Ohtani, but I felt unnatural. Barry is not that wide in his stance, tried these tips and felt very relaxed in my stance. Then I hit a homer, thank you.

My kid is struggling with one something you can’t help but you could put in a good word for all these kids…So emotional, expect perfection and then starts to think about the swing. Been tough as a coach and dad I believe he is struggling with keeping his bat in the zone but would love some help so he can trust another voice

Your pronunciation is a little off with Shohei. It’s not pronounced like HE in English. It’s actually 2 syllables in Japanese: he as 6:53 in a short E in English and an I as in EE in English. Together, it sounds like HEY in English.

You ever practice hitting Homeruns off the pitching machine throwing 95MPHPLUS Jermaine that would be a Great video to see like a Homerun derby Just make contact catch it out in front little underneath bottom half to lift it over the fence line drives lead to Homeruns,let the pitcher provide the power and be early. What I did is I used a bucket and put in stacked on top of each other if you drop the barell and backside you will hit the bucket

Hitting is a hard skill. The toughest in sports. You need the strenght bat speed eyes and reflexes to hit. You also need the love of the games to work hard in the cage.

On drill #3 (catch drill) you say for RHH put a glove on your RH... and LHH to put a glove on the LH... but, the example video shows a RHH with a glove on their LH? Please set me str8...
